Welcome to the Year Six class page!

The Year Six class teacher is Miss Boden and the teaching assistant is Mrs Rogers.

In Year Six, we participate in, and enjoy, a range of meaningful learning experiences that provide the children with the chance to develop secure subject knowledge, learn new skills and develop existing skills. Through a broad and balanced curriculum, the children cover a range of subjects that present a wealth of opportunities to explore their passions and interests, whilst also improving both their academic attainment and personal skills. We aim to ensure that all children are prepared for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences beyond primary school.

During their time in Year Six, the children also take part in an end of year production and go on a four-night residential. These experiences are fundamental in developing each child’s resilience and independence, as well as enabling them the chance to access experiences that they may have not done in the past.
